1. Processing Time & Shipping Fee

All orders require 2–4 business days for processing, quality inspection, and packaging before being dispatched from our warehouse.

Flat shipping fee: $5.99 (applies to all regions)

Peak seasons (holidays / New Year): Processing time may extend up to 5 business days.

We appreciate your understanding during busy periods.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Our products are shipped from trusted global partners. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take 1–3 days to update after the label is created

  • If the tracking link does not show updates immediately, there’s no need to worry — your package is already on its way

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities are the responsibility of the customer

  • HOSTJAYA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in your country

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order:

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately.

Damaged Items

  • Please email us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the damaged item

  • We will arrange a free replacement

Lost in Transit

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will resend your order at no additional cost.
